Ngapali, according to local lore, was named after Naples by an Italian expatriate who saw a similarity between the area's beautiful beaches and those of his native Naples. It is one of the beautiful unspoiled beaches of Southeast Asia. We stayed at the gorgeous Sandoway Beach Resort as we enjoyed some "R and R" at the end of our Myanmar Trip.
