
We were fortunate to be able to visit a fair amount of
Croatia during Tracy's 10-month stint at the American
International
School of Zagreb. While the job kept her quite busy, we were
able to
travel on sunny weekends and school holidays. While most
people
know Croatia for its stunning coastline cities such as Split or
Dubrovnik (the setting for King's Landing in Game of Thrones) the
interior is
equally beautiful--a land of mountains, old-world cities, and
fairy-tale castles. Below are
